Shipping
Standard Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated for standard delivery to one address within the contiguous USA.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
To ship to more than one address, please place a separate order for each address or email Ken for assistance.
Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska
Orders shipped to these locations will be sent via USPS or UPS. We will contact you before your order ships if additional charges will apply.
Shipping to Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO
Orders shipped to these locations will be sent via USPS. We will contact you before your order ships if additional charges will apply.
Upgraded Shipping
Selecting second-day or next-day shipping will shorten transit time, it will not affect the date the item leaves the artist's studio. Note that some items, including those that ship freight, are not eligible for upgraded shipping. For upgraded shipping, email Ken before placing your order.
Freight Shipping
Items that are too large or fragile for standard carriers will ship via freight service or with a dedicated art handler truck. email Ken before placing your order. It can then take up to 3 weeks in transit before being delivered. A dispatcher will contact you to arrange delivery date and time. The crated artwork will be brought inside your home, but not unpackaged. White glove service may be available at your location.

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is required to charge sales tax on purchases shipped to select states.
Return Policy and Order Cancellations
Return Policy
You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving it. To make a return or exchange, please begin the process by email.
Returns
Items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price only; shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Your replacement order will not be mailed until we receive your return. There are no additional shipping fees for replacement orders. If your exchange costs more than the original order, you must pay the difference. If your exchange costs less than the original order, you will receive a credit for the difference.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
To get started, email Ken.
Items must be in perfect condition and cannot be used/worn to be eligible for return or exchange.
Once you begin your return or exchange, you will be provided a UPS return label to print out and attach to your return (Don’t have access to a printer? You can go to any UPS store to have it printed. Just open the label on your smartphone and they will print it for you).
Repack your order. Make sure the item(s) are securely packaged; use the original packaging if possible. You are responsible for any damage due to improper packaging.
Send your return or exchange within 5 business days of receiving the return service label.
Return Details
Items marked as "sale" may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Custom orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged in transit.
Gifts
The 14-day return window may not be feasible for gifts. Beginning October 1, an extended return period through January 15 will accommodate holiday returns. Custom orders may only be returned if damaged in transit. Refunds are for a credit or a refund to the buyer for the purchase price, less shipping charges.
Items Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged, please email Ken so arrangements to have it picked up and inspected. Please retain all of the original packing materials.
Refunds
Once your refund is processed, it may take 7–10 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account. Note that we cannot provide refunds for any items that have been damaged unless damaged in transit. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. You will be credited for the price of the item minus the cost of return shipping. Note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded. If your return was a gift, you may choose to receive a credit or to have the buyer refunded for the purchase price of the item. If you provided an email address when you ordered, we will notify you of the status of your return via email.
Cancellations
Any order (except special or custom orders) can be canceled before it is shipped. To cancel an order, please email info@artfulhome.com or call 1-877-223-4600. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. Your refund will be processed the next business day, though it may take 7–10 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account.
